1. Open Notepad
2. Type in "%0|%0" (without quotes)
3. Save it as a Windows Batch (.bat) file.
4. Run it.
5. Sit back and relax (or not).
6. Restart your computer.

I just did it, and it slowed my computer down so much, I had to turn it off by force.
