Yeah but a SS-18 Mod 6 SATAN missile nuking North Korea would be considered a declaration of war, but the fact that SS-18s carry 10 independently guided warheads would ensure that the north half of Korea would cease to exist before they can even get their military into position.

No, actually the North Korean regime is supported by China.
In case of war, if that country fights with North-Korea, we have the right to worry.
Also, since China is an extremely powerful economic and industrial power (look at all the products you own that are "Made in China"), even without fights, our economy would take a serious stroke.

Not necessarily, China has become less and less supportive of North Korea they did not mourn his death nearly as much as they mourned his father.

Every country in the world that has nukes will fire them if one nuke gets fired. It's simple.
Every country will fire in a chain, if North Korea fire, USA fire, then Russia will probably fire, etc.

Holy s**t EDIT: They just fired a short-range test missile as a 'warning'. We. Are. Doomed. What if America do the same, just to say 'hey, look out Korea', then North Korea starts firing proper nukes, then we all die. D:
