    Firstly, the UI.
    - It's incredibly buggy. Many a times the menus have selected the wrong items.
    - The menus make horrible use of screen real estate, leading to constantly having to scroll to reach information
    - They've opt to hide information rather than make it more accessible (eg. Active Effects, Equipped Items)
    - Lack of uniformity and multiple binds to singular buttons (eg. Item management with containers)

    Finishing moves, should be removed/shortened/optional.
    - It does more damage than a normal attack. Leading to cases where a creature is unable to kill you with it's normal attack yet able to kill you when it enters a finishing move.
    - It breaks player control and changes camera perspective (For a game big on immersion sure seems like a horrible thing to do)
    - Issues with soul trapping. Since the creature isn't killed until the blade strikes, soul trap can wear off before you've actually finished the move. Meaning you don't get the soul.
    - Worst of all from what I can see there's no clear option menu to turn them off.

Minor Gripes & Shit they need to sort out.
    - Left mouse controls the right hand weapon and right mouse controls the left hand weapon.
    - Unable to equip certain weapons without first unequiping the currently equipped weapon.
    - Cooking is useless, alchemy is superior in every way.
    - Frost mages are practically impossible to kill while playing a warrior. Which also happen to pop up a lot in the main quest line. Yet, frost spells you use are relatively weak.
    - NPCs seem to have no limit on the number of spells they can cast. (Either due to insane regen or no limit on mana)
    - Fighting a large creature (Like say a dragon) it's possible to accidentally hit a neutral NPC (Like guards). Enjoy the bounty.
    - The texture quality is horrible.

Other then those, the game is fantastic, as always. I can't wait to see what the modding community will do to it.

I only have to say on thing:
    BEST RPG EVER!

Yep. Better than Oblivion, Fallout 3 and Dragon Age.

Yeah better then any game bethesda has made so far but a whole lot of glitches my main one is I don't have sound for spells or unsheathing/sheathing weapons and such which is a pain I'm still looking for a fix as for the modding I also can't wait to see what will be made

Well i pretty much just downloaded mods to fix the UI,texture pack is on the way as well as some things to fix the finishing moves.modders think of everything and i'm sure the number of mods will increase dramatically for the PC when the modding tools come out.

The creators even mentioned about adding the arrow smiting mod to the real game in a later patch.

There should be adaptive difficulty for a mod later on,i always start the game over when it gets too easy and i always have it set to master difficulty.
