It's sort of in the rules as I remember... if not, I believe there are no guidelines to be one. And we already have moderators, it is not a great idea to become overstocked with moderators.

@Atrayin Not necessarily. Depends on the mod who sees this. Some will give a second chance and lock the thread, while others will ban the creator. Both are fair in my opinion.
