BPRI/O - could be kinda useful. PPRI/O - can be achieved with walls. PBPI/O - Just no, it's too far. As for the C-6 etc... We already have enough explosives.

That is because people don't want to look at bombs and nukes. Anyone can make a decent nuke. People now prefer things that take time and effort to make.
