i just downloaded powder toy , and it don't work. alll my mates at schoool say that mac is better than windows so i downloaded the Mac version and it don't work on my computer D:

They probably mean the operating system. Download the windows one. There is no difference between the mac version and the pc version.
Of course, If you have a mac computer, with OS X, then there is a problem there that is beyond me. If you are using a Linux operating system, then you should download the Linux version. -

You must download the Windows version if you have the Windows operating system. You know, computer programs work differently in different operating systems, that's why there's different versions for different programs. -

Common sense bro, you must get the version made for your OS, or it won't work
Plus about the "Mac pwnz PC" or "Mac is sh*t" thing, don't get into it, those flame wars can't be won by either sides. All depends on your need and preferences.
