    Ok listen: NO
The Powder Toy is written is C, it would need to be translated to Objective-C to be able to run on iDevices PLUS to be able to distribute it the person would need an Apple Dev Thing which costs 99$, which is alot after all the work you did plus it would need to be accepted into the app store...
After that you'll have a nice, small, laggy The Powder Toy
Because iDevices don't have the power that your computer has

I know I say that alot but me and Boxmein are making a game called JavaPowder which is alot like ThePowderToy but it's in Java and it would run on Android

C code compiles natively with objective-C, so it wouldn't need to be entirely translated, probably just some dependencies and such. The newer iDevices would probably run it fairly decent, I don't see an issue there. The interface would probably be the biggest change.

A lot of people overestimate the power of handheld devices, smatphones and tablets acctually have really small processing capabilities, most of the apps for Iphone, Ipad etc. are REALLY simple ones that don't take a lot to calculate, compared to a physics simulator.
