it is interesting, if given poles, plasma will run away from negative poles and move toward positive poles, also standard charged metal attracts it.

umm... plasmas do behave a lot like fire (seeing as fire is a plasma) for one, but plasmas also stick to charged metals for two... so maybe metal, when charged, attracts plasma.

that is not correct with physics.... when a pressure system is low and something evaporates it is because it's boiling point goes down due to the lowered vapor pressure, it actually wouldn'...

except in an electron laser : ). but that requires electromagnetism not wind, which brings me to my next point, lets add magnetism. that would be cool. but then again, it would be hard to do.
