Laser element already exists in the form of hot, red photons. Which are now in the official build.

Like I keep saying. This has already been done in the latest build, better than described. o.o    Photons have been "fixed" more or less.

I don't mean to give it away but this won't be needed in the next release.      Photons will cover all that.    Speaking of which, if you make photons go any faster...
