Photon lasers have been around for a while, but they used to be ginormous. The first ones filled the whole screen and were made chiefly of fan panels and uranium.

Instead of thunder, just use plasma. It's 9000 degrees same as thunder, but doesn't generate absurd amounts of pressure.

Try pushing down. He emits AIR after passing through Fan tiles now.

Quartz already exists in Cracker's mod I'm pretty sure. Doesn't meet all these criteria but is somewhat close.
