...Powder Toy isn't meant to be realistic in a normal sense. Fire is fire. :P It doesn't need oxygen to burn in TPT. It's always been that way.

Forcing people do to this would only scare off legitimate, intelligent users. A bad idea all around, no matter which way you spell it.
