This first version tests power to the main systems (shields and gun), no instructions will be added for the control on the gun or any other component of the station until siginificant progress is made and important components (power manager/controller, fully functional reactor, gravity based attraction beam/field (tractor), sufficient gun power (planetery testing??), external controls and shields, hangars, prison cells, sleeping areas, shuttle storage, main chambers [emperors chamber], and fully functional fuel/resource production center (for wtr, oil, any other valuable resources, along with their respective storage tanks).
