I have an "Oats" logo that has been copied before; I wasn't accusing you. As for the dragon, yes, I agree that it may be stolen. By the way, if you weren't intending to portray the logos as yours, you can use them-with credit, explaining the real purpose. I find it rather offensive when someone uses one of my works without credit, but also without explanation of why they used it. -
