a new armor that imploys Candy-Ninja's mort idea with my merc idea along with sparking ttan. now uses a layer of reactive armor (TNT and C5)

    PROT wipes this stuff clean through. Some armor if it's not even totally rad-proof.

    The only reason people think it's impressive is because ambient heat is turned off.

    This is called reactive armor, commonly used in tanks. It creates an opposite force from that of the explosion, protecting the layers below. +1
