Interesting concept, but it's not very usable. First of all, you can't set 0. It's effectively a life PROM, but in PROM all bits default to 1, while here default is 0. Second, it's not "random", it's "sequential".

no this is not that cool unless you used it as hard memory. not RAM. looks cool but needs better purpose.

i say make a printing telegraph out of it . it's the only thing it's good for.

The idea is great, but sadly its very inefficient regarding size and speed.
