Spark the on off buttons to change digits between 0 and 1. I believe all combinations work,although I have not tested them all. Let me know if any conversions are wrong.

  Great effort on this again. This will be perfect in a transitional from convert hex values to dec values. 0 = 0000, f= 1111 so ff = 11111111, etc.

  104,105,114,124,168,178,188,200,201,202,203,204,205,206,207,212,213,214,215,216,217,218,219,220,221,232,233,242,252 are the last errors I found

  it messes up on 00b=00101000, 00d=40.... it comes out as 30
