Nuclear Weapons don't create fire, they create fusion, extreme heat and pressure, which can cause fires but Co2 is easily fused. ....This reminds me of the Bunkers i would make in Minecraft. -

If you can get past the pste-gel-qrtz layer, a nuke will turn the co2 into fuel for a nice thermonuclear weapon...but nice bunker :D
