Photo-plankton are responsible for the majority of the oxygen on the planet.they are on the surface of the ocean and 70% of the earths surface is ocean.they can keep up with the amount of C02 when unaffected by human waste.but when we cause oil spills we wipe out square miles of the little guys.so its not the C02,its the other hazardous waste... True,human made C02 is a bit over the top and very harmful.but not nearly as bad as what we are doing with the limited resources...good thing i'll die before we start having wars over drinking water :)
