i know right my friend cody aka steva projections did that and it didnt kill me so i shoot him in the foot and he goes wtf.. or your guy dies from infection but it should be a slow painful death. -

MW3: caliber 20. sniper bullet in stomach doesen't kill. knife in foot does.
