    FAilure, Water cycle only happens on earth the only way water can be truly a natural resource is if we chemically bind it and we are not there yet.

    Water is a natural resource. Look who's talking! Your petrol engine is less fuel efficient then a space shuttle!

    It's not very complicated. I just shrunk one of my 3-cylinder engines, and put a water heater on it.
