    This seems to show a second bug where INSTs are not firing in certain areas of the screen. It worked fine (aside from the spark bug it was meant to illustrate) even after saving and loading the whole thing as a stamp, but once I restarted TPT and loaded the save from the server, I found the INSTs were no longer working properly.
