Uses the element ACEL to accelerate, as the name would suggest, photons at extremely high tempertures towards its target, without the slow-moving laser beam from conventional lasers.

    The ACEL only decreases the time it takes for the laser to reach the target, not its destruction.

    Even though you've got ACEL it destroys Titanium at the same speed.
