    Raizinght, do you even know the definition of Heil? It means Savior, not the homophone Hail. Furthermore, since you do not have access to an umlaut, remember that Germans have alternate spellings, for this particular word, it would be Fuehrer (as a U with an umlaut has the sound of a U and an E). these are easy mistakes, so dont worry, but remember this in the future
