    the M16 during the Vietnam war was semi, burst, and auto.

    It can so be auto! ...well in the black ops campaign it can be...... shut up.. wtvr I just put a mech on an m16 and didnt bother to make it three round burst. check out my halo assault rifle for real... scifi
