    It is illegal since it is technically cheating. It isn't his art and I'm fairly sure it has been used without permission. Also JoJoBond didn't make it himself, it is just a copy from the internet

    this actually was made with a program automatically from a picture. Doing that now is agaist the rules now though, so don't. This is the only one allowed.
