    THe problem with this one is that it fires a few plasma particles. Molten Quartz would probably be better and more canon.

    For those saying it is not powerful enough - especially werty - this was made NOT as a real weapon - just as a simulation. It even wasn't designed specially to melt anything - only to emit effect of firing. And about close combat - well, yes, here it really only decreaces it's power. It was based on Warhammer 40k multi-melta, which (in some variants) had a kind of suppressor to spread fire on short range. But, anyway, thanks both for critics and recommendations!)
