Vault 15 was in the Core Region (Featured in Fallout's 1 & 2), and it quite literally almost part of the Mojave Wasteland (if be a mile). That, and no one is really quite sure of what happened to New York after their Nuclear Reactor went supercrtical for five miuntes. However, concept art for FoT shows that New York had become a desolate area ridden with the new plague and economicaly destroyed due to their reactor incident. Though I enjoy this map, I wish for an update to take place that makes New York look more desolate, and the vault be updated.
