Finally finished! Took me way more time than anticipated, mainly because I had long breaks from TPT. Give suggestions on what should I add, and please give feedback on if it's good or not working!

    oh btw if you don't want to use portals to cross 2 different pipes, instead you can use the pipes from tacooooo's reactor saves which ONLY pass along 8 directions meaning you can make two pipes which pass through eachother with no leaks
