Finally finished! Took me way more time than anticipated, mainly because I had long breaks from TPT. Give suggestions on what should I add, and please give feedback on if it's good or not working!

    @bestcrafter29zb: not an easy task at all. it could be possible to do one, but that would bring so many problems with it to fix, so I'll try it maybe later...

    oh btw if you don't want to use portals to cross 2 different pipes, instead you can use the pipes from tacooooo's reactor saves which ONLY pass along 8 directions meaning you can make two pipes which pass through eachother with no leaks
