    The "Perfect Circle" brush is mathematically less accurate than the old Circle brush. In a 100x100 test, the old brush's area was almost exactly pi, while Perfect Circle deviated by ~1.09%, making it less circular by area.

    thing is that the setting refers to the circle as imperfect to smoothness. so the setting name means "Improve smoothness on circle brush" not perfect circle brush.
