you should look into alloy regen and specific layering orders rather than just slapping a million ramdom things you think would be strong together

That is way too many layers in your alloy. Download "Subframe Chipmaker Script" to see how many layers are in your alloy. for me there is 1143-1211 layers in your alloy.

If you want to use a merc layer, use hyper compressed merc contained in a layer of shd4 with btry on each corner.
