Apparently using VACU on water makes water vapor that turns back into water? anyway it makes a cool effect

  i never heated it i used vacu on normal water and it turned to water vapor without getting hotter

  Because water expands when heated, And when it stays expanded, that's steam, So when you put VACU on it, It forces it to not expand, Making it back to water, also changing the tempiture, Same thing happens in real life, That's how a fridge works. =D
