After a long, long time of constant travel across the ice, a "permenant" settlement was erected in a more northly section, to serve as a main hub for resource and policy distribution. This conglomeration of people would soon to be known as the NJTUL.

    All my capital cities for Jalftopia are named Jalp now, after a minecraft server i was in had me make a giant fortress in the alps, which i called "Jalp", and it stuck

    I was originally going to try something different, but this is only very early days for the NJTUL
