@resic whoever told you that probably hasn't spoken to devs/staff. Some pages are protected due to vandalism but generally wiki edits are open for people as long as they follow the authorship guidelines
yeah, many things are not documented in the wiki. The source code will not lie tho. I've heard devs don't accept wiki writers anyway, but I'm not sure about that
the index in the save starts with 0, so i suppose it was found by reading the source
