HESH is supposed to crack enemy armor using a shockwave and is also rlly good at cooking sloped armor (this shell somehow makes BHOL idk how to fix it i need layered NITR for the plastic explosive effect) NOTE: LAGGY on fancy display

    that is literally how HESH works, it splats against the armour and makes the inside of it into shrapnel sometimes without even making an entry hole. dunno how others missed this but this is cool +1
