Does not cool by itself, but still turns nearby water into more of itself. Super useful because it can't turn to steam above 100C, and does not freeze. Basically water without phase changes. (set the life of frzw to something insane and this will happen)

And dry GEL can beat FRZW, just FRZW is unkown type of water and been used for SPNG and GEL to make these wet.

Now negative things with these: FRZW can into ice at -200 and with long time turn into basic FRZW, also Live varable are blocking freeze, but GEL with 100 Tmp is easly give water to dry SPNG.

FRZW is very similar to GEL with 100 Tmp, but FRZW in my test coolant save are lightly better than GEL with 100 Tmp but is difference at 1-3 'C, but FRWZ is very bad with heat contuctive but best is GEL with 100 Tmp with water like material, DEUT also is best with heat contuctive but is resizing on temperature.
