the two main wings are for downforce, meanwhile the third is to prevent air "porpoising" or making unstable back-and-forth movement/turbulance. edit: I AM NO PROFESSIONALL!!!! aerodynamic advice is 100% accepted, this is just a concept :)

low pressure zone below both top wings negate the high pressure created by the bottom wing

all the third wing does is fill the gap between the pressure generators and not let the air oscillate

also the third wing does not help with porpoising, that is basic passive drag when air from high pressure zones (The pressure generators) tries to enter the low pressure zone (The zone between them) and this causes a one-by-one stepping oscillation
