This save adds the T and U operations from EDSAC to the instruction set of our burgeoning computer. Armed with these, you can do a bit more than just incrementing a counter up and down.

  Historical note: T actually stood for Transfer in the original EDSAC. I replaced it with Tally here, since the word is shorter and it made more sense to me.
