Reactor Micro Controler V3 by Vinnycat
This V3 update adds, 1 more inverted input, and the auto start and reset lines now are more compact and easyier to hookup, with improved sensors in the chip to protect it's self and whatever it is connected to.

@mellowithyellow What is that supposed to mean? and It's not my fault devs can't be bothered to add 1 pixel logic gates. Also the mod manager intall takes like 15 seconds to install, or should I say activate because it is included but disabled by default, instructions are in my other saves. -
