When Asgore was running over Dess, Asgore's tires skidded along the roads, permenantly marking them with the mark of the King's Chariot. Noelle will find it. It will end up in a dark world, manifesting into a blue Bergentruck.

  IDK I was just breaking tungsten and make a cool hole in it and filled it with titanium and pretended it was this (also, [ T I T A N ] - IUM???)
