A really basic computer (A noob's computer) by GP02

This machine is a primitive computer. (Perhaps?) Brays are stacked one by one to store numbers. It stores up to 15, and when it reaches 16, it circulates electricity and notifies. Can someone please tell me how to make this machine into a real computer?
