  (aeiouman's brother here i hope Okanzi isnt dead but im not reading all of this) I (unless i already have) would like to survey the oceans for ore deposits, continue decontamination and research cures, increase weaponry to deal with rabid infected, spread some mines to Australia, and would like to build an air defense system of stealth planes that cancel out radar and missles and better radar to try and stop hostiles in case i am ever attacked.
