No, no you can't. The SR-71 only went a bit above mach 3, so you can't make a jet that fast. Probably could make a rocket, but not a jet.

and a module with a powerfull methalox thruster. when reaching the other sattelite , install a docking port to it and dock all of the modules together in a simetrical shape

Even the aim 7 sparrow (1960s to now) goes around 1800 mph to 3000 mph

oh, send them to rendezvous with the previous sattelite. carry a few manutention materials in the storage and a small bot that "attaches"itself to the ship, and has 2 robotic arm for installing things etc
