    Temmie125 PCLN inside it spawns PHOT ontop of CLNE because any CLNE type spawning PHOT specifically allows it to spawn ontop of any CLNE pixels, Then the PHOT is CONVerted into DMG, causing it to instantly detonate and increase the pressure in the area due to how CONV instantly ticks converted particles.
