    Ram is random access memory, so long as you can write, read, and erase it is pretty much ram. I think

    Not a ram, if anything this is a register, ram is addressable storage.

    this isnt ROM as it has the function to have its memory edited by wires on the sides, so you have made a RAM, still a cool concept +1
