What I think is the most comlicated way to get water in TPT. HYGN is made out of PROT and ELEC, then CO2 is converted into OXYG. The two then combust to make WTRV which is cooled before going into the jug were it can be dispensed.

    well no co2 enters the pipes due to the STOR with a ctype of OXYG

    you could make a way to grow a plant with some of the water and burn the stuff thats too much to make smke and then use ptmn to make co2
