[NOW AVALIABLE VIA LUA MANAGER] Its a semi-realistic fluidl! Its VERY unstable at the moment, randomly speeding up or exploding. Im working out how to get it to not fall through itself right now.

The colliding is hard because code wise, this is an ENERGY particle, and I dont know how or if its even possible to hook into the collision code for energy particles to give just this one self-collision as typicaly all ENERGY type particles will not self collide at a engine level. I could make my own "fork" of tpt though, and try it that way, but that feels like a lot of work.

although the collision thing might cause it to detonate so maybe add some constraints

oh and also make it more visible (like have it be the regular color of watr but very transparent so that when there's enough wter in a single pixel it looks like regular water or smth idk)
