Tornado thingy using WTRV and PUMP, Incase the WTRV turns into water just use HEAT on it

    Another PS: It may be a bit hard to cool down the WTRV, not recommended

    UPDATE: Added Clones to the edges incase WTRV gets low

    PS: If anything barely touches down just heat up the PUMP more at the surface of it, i think it should make the tornado touchdown
