65536-value ROM (~224 KB, with each value=28 bits) and a small "OS" included. Has 6 instructions and 32 registers, which are used as RAM. Very slow, ~1.5 Hz at 60 fps.

Can you make the screen larger?

The original DOOM (1993) is ~2-4 MB, while the maximum data a TPT save can store (filling everything with 30-bit FILT) is ~831 KB, so the original DOOM probably won't be possible in unmodified TPT

but can it run doom?

Great to see some old-school SPRK-tech on FP again. Subframe may be fast, but it's also much harder to see what's going on :)
-
i also found ~10 frame delay was workable mostly workable
-
<40 frame delay breaks jumps in my tests, but I updated 'set' instruction to have ~26 frames delay

works faster if the dlay is cooled :) +1
