All is good, but since here no water which is heat reducer, reactor keeps his heat which is uncontrolable, as i see you trying to fix it, well i hope you will fix it!

The control rods channels are usally filled with water that gets displaced by graphite when they insert. You should sumlate that positive scram effect.
